1. Excellent knowledge in Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.0 and thorough knowledge of CSS ( Must be able to slice the PSD's to HTML independently)
2. Web 2.0 knowledge ( design using only DIVS, table less design)
3. Flash design and scripting(Animation skills)
4. Photoshop CS2
5. Have the flair to understand the concept and design according to the requirements
